Buying a New Car I did a lot of research on many cars this past year, both online and at dealerships. I weighed the pros and cons for each, and when I came to your dealership I already knew I wanted a Nissan Rogue. Overall, my experience was a positive one. Jerrick Price was the salesman for my new Rogue. He did his best to make me feel comfortable, answered questions quickly and sought out answers for those he didn't know. Although a little nervous, he was very respectful and polite, and kept in touch with me about the delivery of my car. Since I had to leave my car at the dealership when papers were signed, he also supplied a loaner car for the 10 days I had to wait for my new car. Aaron, (I lost his card, so no last name) was the finance man that actually spoke with me about what kind of car and financing arrangement was possible. He helped me understand it was not an all or nothing situation by finding out my needs in a car and then offering me a car with less amenities thereby reducing the price somewhat. He was personable, very professional and was able to answer all of my questions... a very upfront young man. Angela drew up my paperwork and explained the the terms. She also explained the maintenance agreement. She was personable and friendly. Like Aaron, she was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Justin Mitchell facilitated service for my car (new car kinks). He was very polite and friendly. His manor was also very professional. I liked him and hope to connect with him again when I need service on my car in the future. The showroom was very spacious and the atmosphere, friendly. More

very interesting day The experience was a bit longer than we planned but the folks there do their job very well and made the afternoon go by. Long story short, we traded a 13 Altima for a 15 Altima, good payments very happy and the new 15 get hit back in the shop area by another vehicle as they were moving them around, scratched bumper on new car, 2 and a half hours later they found another one in the valley and got it to our location and then got it detailed for delivery and then we finally drove home in our new 15 Altima exactly like the one that had been hit in the first delivery detailing. We are happy with our new Altima and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality new or used vehicle. Jim Doerksen More
