Vadim went out of his way, even driving an hour to our home, just to finish the paperwork. The next car we buy, will no doubt be from Vadim. Samuel was my service representative and is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to ensure my car is serviced when there are issues before I leave or I reschedule professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate this dealer but I only wish they had food or a salon or something on site because it's so boring waiting there....a nice coffee bar (no not a keurig machine) would satisfy me because I've waited hours and they've told me I can go to the mall but I hate shopping....other dealers have installed salons or food on site so why not Nissan????? That's my ONLY gripe and I'm only giving 5 stars for Sam not the dealership....otherwise I'd give it a 4 for boredom and the crappy music and atmosphere inside. Overall the staff is very nice but the place is boooooooring. 🥴😴 so bring a book if you gotta wait or something else to do like me I crochet! More

So I arrived at the dealership and this worker comes and greets me and is very nice and starts creating a conversation and offered really good customer service. So this guy that I got assigned to checked my greets me and is very nice and starts creating a conversation and offered really good customer service. So this guy that I got assigned to checked my car and got me checked in for my appointment. The nice guy stayed and said how are you doing and talking about traveling and when him and I were talking the guy that I got assigned too looked at us and said I’m waiting for you guys to stop talking in a bad tone of voice and I complained because it bugged me. I didn’t make it a big deal until this guy came up to me in front of other customers saying I don’t know what kind of culture you have or how you were raised but I was not rude and this is how I was raised and from there I asked for a different person. The guy I got assigned to in the first place was Samuel on March 8th 2021 at 8:57 am and when I requested a different person he brought back Michael which was fabulous by the way but Samuel said to me that this is Michael and he will be dealing with you. More
