I was charged a $500 add-on for window tint only to later find out only the front windows were tinted. The back were factory tinted before the car arrived at the dealer. The car was not detailed well when find out only the front windows were tinted. The back were factory tinted before the car arrived at the dealer. The car was not detailed well when I purchased so I scheduled time to come back. I spent 1.5-2 hours there only for the porter to wipe down my car and make things worse. The windows were more smudged than when I got there and seats dirtier. There were also marks on the leather that looked like pen that they couldn’t get out without risking damage to the leather. I was informed that I could schedule time to come back when the detail guy was in. He should have been there when the dealer agreed to my appointment instead of wasting 2 hours of my time to have to go home and clean it myself. I also recently noticed they wiped the exterior trim around my windows with an abrasive rag and put scratches all over the black paint. More
