Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your frustration regarding the back ordered radio. I have confirmed with the parts department that your radio request is escalated to the highest level. This was escalated immediately when we were notified of the back order. Please understand Nissan sources radios from vendors, the radios are not produced by Nissan. Unfortunately we are dependent upon the manufacturer of the radio. As soon as they send us a radio we will notify you to get it replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience. Doug Pigati
