Brought titan in early and they got right on it. All fluids changed and advised transmission didn't need changing till 60,000. But had differential changed. Had a very trying interaction with the service advisor about labor costs and not being fair to the customer. Left the dealership headed elsewhere, called the service manager to give him my take on his se about labor costs and not being fair to the customer. I purchased my vehicle here in 2018 and I have done most of the maintenance here as well. I have had for the most part a good experience but I have also had some that were not so great.
