Nice staff & facility, but, the issue, the reason I brought my truck in for service, was not addresses. Nor did I receive an explanation as to why it was not addressed. I do my oil changes here because of the coupon they have. But this took five and a half hours for an oil change and a steering column recall that was supposed to only be an hour each.
