Brian is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I was impressed that the dealership is friendly and it feels like they want you to know that they care. I've never been asked to go on a tour of the dealership and meet some of the staff and service members. The dealership is clean and almost everyone seems to enjoy what they do. More

We had a couple of problems with our Nissan truck. We took it in for a diagnosis. When we took it in for the repairs that were needed they found a bigger problem. Brian Mandroian is an amazing salesmen. I wasn't intending on buying a car until November when my brother in law could help me (as I am female and know nothing about cars I figured I would be taken intending on buying a car until November when my brother in law could help me (as I am female and know nothing about cars I figured I would be taken advantage of). Brian knew this but still spent 2.5 hours with me test driving cars, going over prices and answering all my questions. Because he was so wonderful I felt comfortable purchasing the car on my own, which I did, and I love it! He made the whole experience very easy and I don't feel I got taken advantage of. He was very thorough and honest about everything. There happened to be only one car of the style I liked in the near by area and Brian and the staff spent three days pestering the dealership that had the car so that I could get it.
