I was first contacted by Dave who was friendly, exceptionally responsive and genuinely seems to care about his customers. I met with Brian the following morning, due to Dave going on Vacation. Brian was efficient in showing me a model that he thought I'd be interested in. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features and answered all of my questions. Brian is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I was impressed that the dealership is friendly and it feels like they want you to know that they care. I've never been asked to go on a tour of the dealership and meet some of the staff and service members. The dealership is clean and almost everyone seems to enjoy what they do. More
It was a pleasure working with Dave and purchasing a new car. As most people, I hate to buy a new car because of all of the 'typical car salesmen tactics' (what will it take today to sell this car, let me c car. As most people, I hate to buy a new car because of all of the 'typical car salesmen tactics' (what will it take today to sell this car, let me check with my manager and keeping your current automobile keys hostage, etc........ The service manager was very helpful, not only did he tell me what was wrong with my car he showed me. We had a couple of problems with our Nissan truck. We took it in for a diagnosis. When we took it in for the repairs that were needed they found a bigger problem. Because they didn't catch this problem took it in for a diagnosis. When we took it in for the repairs that were needed they found a bigger problem. Because they didn't catch this problem the first time they gave me a great deal on the major repair. That is customer service! They have always been polite and quick. Both times for these repairs I had my car back before the promised time, with no unexpected charges. More

Dave was extremely genuine, knowledgeable, honest, expedient, and was quite charismatic as well. He took the time to explain the various types of cars he had in his inventory, find what worked best for me, and work towards a completely hassle free finance. He approached all my questions very sincerely and made me feel completely at ease. What impressed me the most about working with Dave was that he requested feedback on how he could improve, despite having already made the sale. Dave was very helpful from the very beginning. I was shopping for a car without my father for the first time and was not sure what to expect. My 20 month old son was with me so when I decided on a car Dave and Paul worked quickly to get everything covered. They went over all my options with me and discussed pros/cons of different options.
