I went there to trade in my 2009 Hyuandai for a Rogue and they put me in a 2012, plus gave me $10,000 for my trade when it had been in an accident. I was only disappointed because there was no coffee made at 8:15am when I brought my PILOT in for an oil change. The service rep also mentioned that there were snacks, but I did not see any. I have been looking for a decent place that is able to maintenance my car for a reasonable amount of money. I think I have found that place I was looking for. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. We ended up taking our car somewhere else the folks in the shop and even the manager of the dealership would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Every time I visit this dealership, Service is always rated at 5 stars or better! Friendly staff, and they take the time to make sure your visit is above par! Larry Miller Nissan has no idea what customer service is. There service department is unethical and can not be trusted to actually repair your car. The service department informed me they had ordered a part that was supposed to be installed under warranty on the purchase of a new car. When I went to pick the car up the part was in worse condition then when I had left it. They informed they would order "another" replacement. After I pulled out of the lot I was able to determine the part had never been replaced. They have never called back (over 3 weeks) to let me know the new part is in, which according to their own parts department is at most a 5 day lead time if I wanted to purchase. The general manager I spoke with and was absolutely useless. This is my 3rd Nissan in 4 years and due to this dealership will be my last. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DON'T REPLACE PARTS WHEN THEY SAY THE DO!!!! More
I've had problems with getting my car to start, normally I would take it to a different dealer to be fixed. Unfortunately the service had not been the best. I called different dealers about what the price might be to have my brake switch replaced, after calling numerous dealers and being disappointed with the price and lack of interest. I called Larry Miller Nissan and spoke with Michael J Fox, he was very helpful and more than happy to help me take care of the problem. Just great customer service!! It is so nice that when I go to start my car and it actually starts without any problems. Thanks again. More
I took my car in for some service at a dealership down the street do to a fiasco involving a "so called" bumper to bumper warranty the repairs could not be done at the toyota dealership. I was at work and needed the car the next day, but thankfully, the people at Nissan were kind enough to go over to the other dealership and pick up my car for repairs. Thanks guys! (on an related note however, don't buy the extended warranty not because it isn't worth it, which is true, but because it is a huge headache to get it fixed) this is not a problem with this dealership, but really all the Larry H Miller brands. I went to Larry Miller to purchase a Kia Soul. I was unable to due to my own credit problems, however, JP was able to get me into a 2011 Nissan Versa and I LOVE IT!! I told him I was looking for better gas mileage and to stay around my current car payment. I was able to trade in my 05 gas gussling Ford Escape and got into a gas loving Versa. I couldnt be happier. JP was AWESOME!! He was funny and made my experiance well worth the 4 hours I was there. I would recommend Larry Miller to anyone looking to get a new car!! More
I bought a 2005 Impala from the Larry H Miller Chevy dealership over Memorial Day weekend. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the financing was excellent!! It turned out that after I got the car home it needed quite a few repairs. I called the dealership back and Ken Pfier, the manager, told me to bring it back and he would fix the things that were wrong. He and his staff did in fact fix all things that were in need of repair at no charge and even gave me a loaner car to use for six days while they repaired the car!!!! EXCELLENT staff and service! More
