At first I was wary of going to this dealership (because of negative reviews about Larry H Miller Auto Group in Colorado and Utah) But a friend convinced me to go because of the good level of service he rec of negative reviews about Larry H Miller Auto Group in Colorado and Utah) But a friend convinced me to go because of the good level of service he received while purchasing his 2012 Nissan Juke. I ended up purchasing two new 2011 Nissan Murano SL's on 11/02/2011 and had a great experience at this dealership. While I can't comment on specific pricing given that my situation was unique (two vehicles, last two 2011 vehicles on the lot with GPS and SL package) I can say that the staff, service, and general price negotiations were well above expectations. I was able to negotiate what I wanted with little to no hassle. The sales manager "Florian Beta" and general manager "Kevin Deporter" where genuinely interested in earning my business relationship and not just on making a quick buck. I didn't even have to negotiate with a salesmen and then wait while they "talked to the manager" Florian introduced himself immediately and negotiated directly with me the entire time. I left the dealership, happy with my vehicles, happy with the pricing, and happy with the level of service. I will continue to go back to Larry H. Miller Nissan Mesa for my service appointments for these vehicles. If you are interested in a Nissan vehicle and would prefer to deal with a sales staff (management especially) who look at the long term business relationship and not just the sale, then I suggest you visit this dealership. Again I was satisfied with customer service - friendlyness etc etc. Except that they did NOT tel me that my struts were bad and need to be replaced in the near future. The did call me about the friendlyness etc etc. Except that they did NOT tel me that my struts were bad and need to be replaced in the near future. The did call me about the power steering fluid and a brake light - whoopie. I was very disappointed that they did not go over the additional service that will be needed on the struts. This information was on the bill and I did not notice it but my husband did - I would have never been aware of the problem and it is my vehicle!!!! Tacy Harris More
I have been getting my car serviced at Larry Miller Nissan since May of 2008. My vehicle has been well taken care of such that I have never had anything fail on the vehicle. All of my services have been maintenence services and I fully trust the service associates and the mechanics. Mike has always been super friendly and honest. I hope to continue to have my Nissan Altima for many years to come even though it is very close to the 100,000 mile mark. Thanks for all the great services provided! More
While we appreciated that Kevin allowed us to test drive many cars, at some points we felt he was annoyed with us. However, if we're going to spend that much money on a car, we wanted to make sure it's eve many cars, at some points we felt he was annoyed with us. However, if we're going to spend that much money on a car, we wanted to make sure it's everything we want. There were some points during the afternoon he came across a little arrogant and a bit brash. For example, when we referenced another salesman we met at a different dealership, he told us four times we were wrong and that that gentleman did not work for the dealership we said he did. However, Kevin was absolutely wrong and he shouldn't have told us we were and certainly not as adamantly and as pushy as he did. The kicker was during the financial process. We were lied to and told they couldn't give us a lease estimate without running our credit - that it was against the law. This is completely false. Every single other dealership we went to gave us the general lease option info without EVER asking us to give our credit info. It is most certainly not against the law. After obtaining our info to run a credit check, Kevin's attitude went a little south. Maybe it was just our imagination but it seems like this is when he started to pass a little judgment towards us. He told me my credit was in the mid 500s which was completely false. When I indicated there must be a mistake, he went to get the papers that showed my score and it was nearly 700. Quite the difference. Then when my husband was questioning the numbers he came up with on the trade, etc Kevin said "I can run the numbers any way I want." That may be but that statement is totally unnecessary. At one point, when we mentioned the numbers we were given by a local BMW dealer, he said "You'll never be able to afford a BMW." When we left, we headed straight back to BMW and bought exactly what he said we couldn't afford. Bottom line, Kevin Gaw was offensive and discourteous. More
Overall great experience. I was in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. My service guy was friendly, imformative and very helpful. Larry Miller Nissan was the eighth and final dealership we stopped at while recently searching for a car to purchase. There was absolutely no pressure tactics and we came back on a couple of trips to check out other models and make test drives. It was a real pleasure to work with the staff at Larry Miller, you can tell they really care about and believe in the Nissan product line. Brian Mandroian in particular spent quite a bit of his time with us making sure all our questions were answered satisfactorily, his biggest concern being that we would be happy with our choice. We say “Well done”, to the staff at Larry Miller Nissan and we will make sure to start with them the next time we look for a vehicle. More
The guy who helped me was great! He went over and beyond what was required of him as far as my service appointment was conserned. He showed me features on my car, I didn't even know I had. That means a lot to me because it appears that Larry Miller treats its employees and customers with respect which is important to me. More
The folks at Larry Nissan were Great! If you the words Kind, Professional, and friendly that would describe this remarkable team of gentleman. I have never been to a dealership where they worked hard as Kind, Professional, and friendly that would describe this remarkable team of gentleman. I have never been to a dealership where they worked hard as a team to provide me with the best customer service. This group of gentleman never forced me into anything I didnt want and from the beggining they started by what my needs were and worked from there. I will reccomend anyone to this dealership. More
