I bought a brand new car at this dealership which had multiple problems that I had not noticed when buying the car. I took the car into there service department to have the problems fixed. There were tw multiple problems that I had not noticed when buying the car. I took the car into there service department to have the problems fixed. There were two window seals,the drive side window control panel, and the gas pedal that were supposed to be fixed. I was told that the parts would be replaced with new parts that they ordered. I actually waited 2 weeks for the new parts that they ordered. When they gave me back the car after all the parts were supposed to be replaced and fixed, none of the parts were replaced with new one. Before I took it in, I place little marks on all the parts that the told me that they ordering, to see if they really did replace the parts with new ones. I got the car back completelly dirty/greasy were they did the work. All the marks that I place on the parts that were supposed to be replaced were still there and there were now new marks that stick out on the door panel from them trying to fix it. This is a brand new car. The door panel around the controls is now loose a does not fit in right after they got done tearing it up. I talked to Pete Racich about the issues and he was rude about it and got a mechanic to go get the new window seal off a new car off the lot replace mine with them. While the mechanic was fixing the seals infront of me Pete Racich disappeared. So after a great deal a time went by and Pete would not come bad to talk to me. I found Mark Kline who claimed to be the top person to talk to about the issues. He took me into an office and treated me with no respect at all. He told me that they are getting a new facility worth millions from Nissan and that he did not care if I was satisified with their service department. He said to talk to Nissan about the problems- "REALLY". He then left to see what and why the service department did what they did to my car. 15 minutes later Mark Kline brings in Roman Gelfand into the office. Mark Klines first words are you need to find another dealership and then walks out of the office. Then Roman Gelfand tells me he is the one in charge and his decicsion was not to fix my car at that dealership and if i wanted it fixed then I have to go somewhere else. He reiterated that they do not need or care about my business. He was trying to intimidate me, almost like he wanted to fight me after Mark left and there was no one else around. I had to leave with them telling take my business to another dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect, especially after spending $24,000 there. I will take there advice and go to a real service department. The brand new car that they sell seem to be the low quality and assembled poorly. More
The customer service and the quality of work was excellent. Service advisor Melany Romero was very friendly and attentive. I had a scheduled oil change and Tire Rotation re Landcar maintenance along with a fog lamp and kick plate installation. Peter R always greats me professionally and listens to what it is that I am in for...and appreciates my time, considers my perspective re what wrong etc etc. He has gained my trust and respect...and obviously my business. Chris is an excellant sales person and I would buy another car only from him when I need to again. BUT the service department changed my oil and screwed the plug up some how so they put in an oversize another car only from him when I need to again. All I know is the oil was not leaking until the second time they changed my oil. Also when I called the service department just recently and asked them the price for just an O2 sensor for my Acura the service department said in a stern voice that he couldn't do that for me because they were a nisson dealership. The guy that sits to the right of the door as you walk in from driving into the service area. He said I had to see an acura dealership. He was so rude to me on the phone and didn't explain to me like Chris did when Chris called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. So now even though I was supposed to have a years worth of oil changes and I have only gotten 2 of them as i'm sure my oil will leak again if they change it for me. My husband had to fix it with JB weld to stop it from leaking. More
I was in and out on both visits in the last week to Nissan. My shuttle driver Bonnie was very nice, funny and friendly and my service advisor Ken, gave me the best options and customer service for an i Nissan. I applied for the 2nd chance Colorado loan on Friday night and got a call first thing Saturday morning saying they could probably help me out. I am trying to repair my credit and was skeptical that the night and got a call first thing Saturday morning saying they could probably help me out. I am trying to repair my credit and was skeptical that they would be able to help me but I went down to check it out anyway. To my surprise Joe helped me get into a 2012 Nissan Sentra that I love so far! The only complaint I would have is that they could have been more clear about all of the details- I was a little star struck and when I left the dealership I realized that I wasn't even aware of the ammount they gave me for my trade - I feel like all of the financial details should have been clearly reviewed. All an all I would definately recommend going to Larry Miller Nissan - even if you don't have the best credit - give them a try - like me you might be pleasantly surprised! More
