Chris is an excellant sales person and I would buy another car only from him when I need to again. BUT the service department changed my oil and screwed the plug up some how so they put in an oversize another car only from him when I need to again. All I know is the oil was not leaking until the second time they changed my oil. Also when I called the service department just recently and asked them the price for just an O2 sensor for my Acura the service department said in a stern voice that he couldn't do that for me because they were a nisson dealership. The guy that sits to the right of the door as you walk in from driving into the service area. He said I had to see an acura dealership. He was so rude to me on the phone and didn't explain to me like Chris did when Chris called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. So now even though I was supposed to have a years worth of oil changes and I have only gotten 2 of them as i'm sure my oil will leak again if they change it for me. My husband had to fix it with JB weld to stop it from leaking. More
I was in and out on both visits in the last week to Nissan. I applied for the 2nd chance Colorado loan on Friday night and got a call first thing Saturday morning saying they could probably help me out. I am trying to repair my credit and was skeptical that they would be able to help me but I went down to check it out anyway. To my surprise Joe helped me get into a 2012 Nissan Sentra that I love so far! The only complaint I would have is that they could have been more clear about all of the details- I was a little star struck and when I left the dealership I realized that I wasn't even aware of the ammount they gave me for my trade - I feel like all of the financial details should have been clearly reviewed. All an all I would definately recommend going to Larry Miller Nissan - even if you don't have the best credit - give them a try - like me you might be pleasantly surprised! More
I went there to trade in my 2009 Hyuandai for a Rogue and they put me in a 2012, plus gave me $10,000 for my trade when it had been in an accident. I was only disappointed because there was no coffee made at 8:15am when I brought my PILOT in for an oil change. The service rep also mentioned that there were snacks, but I did not see any. I have been looking for a decent place that is able to maintenance my car for a reasonable amount of money. I think I have found that place I was looking for. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. We ended up taking our car somewhere else the folks in the shop and even the manager of the dealership would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Every time I visit this dealership, Service is always rated at 5 stars or better! Friendly staff, and they take the time to make sure your visit is above par! Larry Miller Nissan has no idea what customer service is. There service department is unethical and can not be trusted to actually repair your car. The service department informed me they had ordered a part that was supposed to be installed under warranty on the purchase of a new car. When I went to pick the car up the part was in worse condition then when I had left it. They informed they would order "another" replacement. After I pulled out of the lot I was able to determine the part had never been replaced. They have never called back (over 3 weeks) to let me know the new part is in, which according to their own parts department is at most a 5 day lead time if I wanted to purchase. The general manager I spoke with and was absolutely useless. This is my 3rd Nissan in 4 years and due to this dealership will be my last. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DON'T REPLACE PARTS WHEN THEY SAY THE DO!!!! More
I've had problems with getting my car to start, normally I would take it to a different dealer to be fixed. Unfortunately the service had not been the best. I called different dealers about what the price might be to have my brake switch replaced, after calling numerous dealers and being disappointed with the price and lack of interest. I called Larry Miller Nissan and spoke with Michael J Fox, he was very helpful and more than happy to help me take care of the problem. Just great customer service!! It is so nice that when I go to start my car and it actually starts without any problems. Thanks again. More
