Before i decided to go in to the larry miller dealership , I was backed up into a corner not knowing if i was gonna be able to get a car for my 5 month pregnant wife . We both have shared a car for the past two years, both of our work schedules worked out fine with me working the night shift and her working during the day . Now that she has gotten a new job offer her hours were gonna run into mine and one of us is gonna have to start taking the bus to work , of course i can't have my baby's mother taking the bus pregnant so that mean i would have to .So with that said i was backed into the corner with that situation and also my credit situation was horrible .But that all changed once i met tom and everyone else from the larry miller dealership , know i have a brand new car for my wife and i don't have to start taking the bus ! I really really appreciate everyone who helped me get into a vehicle and helped out my situation and also helped me out to start building my credit so i can live the best life i can ... With that said with the help of Tom Daniel he helped me change my life for the better with helping me get into a car , He has not only helped me,but also my wife and my new born child .....THANK YOU , TOM DANIEL AND EVERYONE ELSE FROM THE LARRY MILLER NISSAN DEALERSHIP FOR WORKING HARD TO SATISFY A VERY,VERY THANKFUL CUSTOMER YOU ALL HAVE OVER EXCEEDED YOUR GOAL IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ... I did not purchase my Juke from Larry Miller (when they were still in Englewood) because they could not get the color combination I wanted. When it came time to have it serviced, I checked with Nissan to were still in Englewood) because they could not get the color combination I wanted. When it came time to have it serviced, I checked with Nissan to see if I could still have it serviced at your new Highlands Ranch location, which is only 3 miles from me. No problem! I called and made an appt. for my annual service (I only have 2900 miles on it) and showed up promptly at 2 on Tues. 7/ 16. The first person who greeted me couldn't find my appt., but Jay took over, found it, corrected the spelling of my name and took care of everything in the most professional, friendly and helpful way possible. He answered several questions for me, since this is my first new car in 20 years. Great car, great service and a terrific first experience with Larry Miller's service dept....thanks to Jay Kettering. Went in for breaks ans maintenance, and jay treated my wife with respect, as I would want anyone to treat her like when I'm not there. I spend the better part of every month traveling for work. Ken Mack went above and beyond- ordering replacement parts and ensuring mechanic staffing in order to ensure that they could properly take car work. Ken Mack went above and beyond- ordering replacement parts and ensuring mechanic staffing in order to ensure that they could properly take care of the service on my Titan when I was home and available. Ken is also incredibly knowledgable about the Titan (being an owner himself), I look forward to working with Ken as I continue to purchase and install upgrades. Thanks a million Ken- see ya soon! The reason I gave the 4 on overall experience is: I scheduled service (oil change) 4 days before I showed up for my appointment. After approximately 45 I was told that they did not have the oil filter scheduled service (oil change) 4 days before I showed up for my appointment. After approximately 45 I was told that they did not have the oil filter for my car. I own a Lexus and I realize that this is a Nissan dealership, but I would think that you could prepare for my car in 4 days. I also know that it says allow 60 to 90 minutes for your service but I believe it could have been done in 45 minutes or so and not the 90 minutes that I was there.
