Facility was very nice, clean and modern. All staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Jay. Price was a bit higher than expected, but quality is important so my Pathfinder can last longer. I live within walking distance of the Nissan dealership on Arapahoe Road and I CHOSE to go to Highlands Ranch. If there was a do/don't training video for Nissan, these two dealerships could play the roles and Larry Miller is certainly the "do" dealership. I never felt manipulated or tricked during the purchase process so when I walked out the door, I didn't have any questions about my purchase. I knew I had the car I wanted, at a fair price, after a pleasant, fair transaction. That should be the goal of every business. I have already recommended the dealership and have told neighbors that it's totally worth the travel across town. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They do not finance the cars correctly. I recently bought a car from them. They did not process the paperwork and unfortunately a few days later i was involved in a terrible acci correctly. I recently bought a car from them. They did not process the paperwork and unfortunately a few days later i was involved in a terrible accident where the vehichle was totalled. They never turned in the paperwork so i did not have GAP insurance. One of their finance members named Roman told me to come in and purchase another vehicle so i could role the 7,000 i owed in to another car! I refused and they are now stating i never owned the car and i have two options. 1. Take made trade in back and they claim my totalled car on my insurance! How can they claim a car that i didnt own? Also they refused to give back my down payment. They told me they were also not going to pay off my trade in like they agreed and signed to do! Option 2. They would pay off my trade in and claim the other car on my insurance but since i didnt have gap i owe them the difference! Niether of these options are legal!!!!! I chose the first option and Matt another finance manager said he would return my car and my deposit and to return the next day. However the next day came and they never called me! When i called them they stated i could get my car but they are refusing to return my deposit! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR FINANCING TEAM! More
Before i decided to go in to the larry miller dealership , I was backed up into a corner not knowing if i was gonna be able to get a car for my 5 month pregnant wife . We both have shared a car for the past two years, both of our work schedules worked out fine with me working the night shift and her working during the day . Now that she has gotten a new job offer her hours were gonna run into mine and one of us is gonna have to start taking the bus to work , of course i can't have my baby's mother taking the bus pregnant so that mean i would have to .So with that said i was backed into the corner with that situation and also my credit situation was horrible .But that all changed once i met tom and everyone else from the larry miller dealership , know i have a brand new car for my wife and i don't have to start taking the bus ! I really really appreciate everyone who helped me get into a vehicle and helped out my situation and also helped me out to start building my credit so i can live the best life i can ... I did not purchase my Juke from Larry Miller (when they were still in Englewood) because they could not get the color combination I wanted. When it came time to have it serviced, I checked with Nissan to see if I could still have it serviced at your new Highlands Ranch location, which is only 3 miles from me. No problem! I called and made an appt. for my annual service (I only have 2900 miles on it) and showed up promptly at 2 on Tues. 7/ 16. The first person who greeted me couldn't find my appt., but Jay took over, found it, corrected the spelling of my name and took care of everything in the most professional, friendly and helpful way possible. He answered several questions for me, since this is my first new car in 20 years. Great car, great service and a terrific first experience with Larry Miller's service dept....thanks to Jay Kettering. Went in for breaks ans maintenance, and jay treated my wife with respect, as I would want anyone to treat her like when I'm not there.
