We were already at a fair price for the vehicle, so after minimal additional concessions I shook hands and picked up the car - it is a great vehicle. I think John crossed me up with some quick talking for a few hundred bucks at the end, so let him know I'll remember that on the next purchase and he can "owe" me one! I feel I got a great deal and that is a compliment, not a complaint - he's good and you guys have a great facility. Got the APR info later that night, I came back to this dealer with my wife to make a purchase of this new car several days later because I had to be out of town for my job for several days. I communicated with this sales person several times to make sure that this deal is not a fake and I would actually come back to buy it. Well, I did come back with my wife, what we found was, " oh, that particular car with that price was just sold. Ones available is $2000 more." I was told a day prior was, several different vehicle with different colors available with that low price. We completely wasted our time and effort with this dealer. They never apologized nor follow ups either. Extremely disappointed. I will never, ever come back to this dealer and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
