The appointment was perfect! Great customer service...friendly. The waiting area is very pleasant & comfortable. Really appreciate the coffee & wifi! I enjoyed my experience at Larry Miller Nissan. I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The finance team worked to put a deal in place that was acceptable to me and I drove away without a single r the car I wanted at the price I wanted. We brought in our Nissan Pathfinder for repairs and service covered under our extended warrenty plan purchased at another used car dealership. Mr Mack was very helpful in identifying numerous other iss service covered under our extended warrenty plan purchased at another used car dealership. Mr Mack was very helpful in identifying numerous other issues that required our attention as well as identifying coverage that we were authorized for a rental car and other issues. Due to delays in receiving one of the necessary components the repairs took longer than anticipated and Ken did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on the repair status. He also worked very hard to insure we paid a fair price for the repairs and did not pay any unnecessary costs for the rental. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Mr Mack and would highly recommend he be commended for his hard work, dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service. Because of the service provided by Mr Mack, Larry Miller Nissan will receive repeat business from me and my family. More

On another point you should leave the user name as the email address. It is one less thing for me to remember and I will probably not remember my login when I want to schedule another service etc. etc.. I am not that interested in registering in another web site. Keep it simple. I have selected the brand services three times now what is wrong with your site? More
I gave Larry H Miller GREAT ratings in all categories as a result of my recent experience. I did not buy the Altima at this dealership; bought it used from a private party. I had the car delivered to Larry a result of my recent experience. I did not buy the Altima at this dealership; bought it used from a private party. I had the car delivered to Larry H Miller for a inspection prior to my accepting the car although I had committed to buy it. Ken Mack worked with me to arrange for a Nissan certification inspection. I was impressed with Ken's professionalism and the fact that he remembered me from a service visit a number of months prior, the price of the inspection and the condition of the car when I picked it up....fresh wash job; looked like it had been detailed. I had the vehicle serviced at the same time; was able to use a discount coupon I had received from a Nissan dealer in Illinois where I had my previous vehicle in for emergency service. I experienced a starting problem with the Altima; needed to be jump started twice in two weeks. I suspected the battery as the problem but upon internet blog research I learned of another possible problem; failed steering wheel lock motor. I phoned the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about the issue and was directed to Gene Meadows. Gene had several suggestions as to what I might check to try to pinpoint the problem. He provided his direct telephone number and asked me to call him Monday morning to discuss the issue again. It was not convenient for me to call Ken on Monday. He called my home to follow up on the issue. Meantime I had virtually identified the battery as the problem. We made an appointment to bring the vehicle in later in the week. Upon arrival Ken met me and started the procedure; Gene joined us and completed the paperwork. The battery was tested, electrical system tested and confirmed the battery had failed. At 21,700 miles and 29 months of service I left the dealership with a new battery at No Charge and another complimentary wash job. While I waited for the service I observed the service writers updating other customers as to the progress of their respective service issues. Gene kept me updated as to the progress on my car also. The appearance of the dealership, comfortable waiting lounge, friendly attentive sales people, excellent customer service and the delivery of more than I expected speaks very well for this dealership. Even though we arrived early, the service department took us right away. Both our initial contact with service personnel and our subsequent contact with our service liaison, Derek, were top-notch.
