I had previously leased a Nissan Rogue from another Nissan dealership that I had a bad experience with...i.e. at close, paper work had incorrect vin # and had to re-do everything. I discovered discrepancy 2 or 3 days after delivery of my 2011 Rogue. Also, Nissan corporate would not accept the "damage policy" the dealership sold me to cover nicks and dings up to $5,000 when I would return the vehicle...again, another re-do of paper work. Larry Miller Nissan is much closer to where I live and had a large inventory to pick from, so I went there to lease my new Rogue. Every aspect of the buying purchase was a great experience. At no time did I feel pressured, the three individuals I worked with were truly professionals. I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry from the dealership last May and have brought my vehicle back for service only to Larry Miller Nissan, simply for the outstanding service I continuously receive. Although at times, I am waiting longer than would like for an oil change. Example on Saturday 2/15, I was at the service dept for 2.50 hours for an oil change and power steering fluid flush and I arrived at 8:10am. It was a longer than anticipated wait, but when I got my vehicle back, I know that it had the quality service and best maintenance put in. My service representative, Jay Ketterling is one of the best to work with and I always appreciate his input, suggestions and care when it comes to my vehicle and ensuring I have everything I need.
