I visit the service center every other month or so to perform the routine service on my vehicle. Said engine valve cover oil leak problem was nonexistent first time after leak test was performed and than found same issue again later. I had previously leased a Nissan Rogue from another Nissan dealership that I had a bad experience with...i.e. at close, paper work had incorrect vin # and had to re-do everything. I discovered discrepancy 2 or 3 days after delivery of my 2011 Rogue. Also, Nissan corporate would not accept the "damage policy" the dealership sold me to cover nicks and dings up to $5,000 when I would return the vehicle...again, another re-do of paper work. Larry Miller Nissan is much closer to where I live and had a large inventory to pick from, so I went there to lease my new Rogue. Every aspect of the buying purchase was a great experience. At no time did I feel pressured, the three individuals I worked with were truly professionals. The service department at Larry Miller Nissan is one of the best I have ever been to. Your staff are professional, kind, friendly and you can tell that they truly care about the customer. I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry from the dealership last May and have brought my vehicle back for service only to Larry Miller Nissan, simply for the outstanding service I continuously receive. Although at times, I am waiting longer than would like for an oil change. Example on Saturday 2/15, I was at the service dept for 2.50 hours for an oil change and power steering fluid flush and I arrived at 8:10am. It was a longer than anticipated wait, but when I got my vehicle back, I know that it had the quality service and best maintenance put in. My service representative, Jay Ketterling is one of the best to work with and I always appreciate his input, suggestions and care when it comes to my vehicle and ensuring I have everything I need. Thank you Larry Miller Nissan for giving me exceptional service, time and time again. More
