Great service from Jay Kettering and Mike Mitchell I brought in my 2005 Xterra for service because of a electrical recall issue. I asked Jay to check out a rumbling sensation from the rear axle that had been going on for about a month. Jay informed me that the issue was due to a crack that had formed along the common wall of my radiator and transmission crank case - causing coolant to leak into my transmission. Nissan was aware of this issue and extended the powertrain warranty to 80K miles - and offered a copay solution for anything over 80K, under 100K. Well the day I took my Xterra in, I was at 99995 miles. I had a tough decision to make because I didn't want to buy a new car, but I also didn't want to pay literally half the value of my car to get it fixed with a new transmission and radiator. Jay Kettering in the service department did me a HUGE favor by keeping my service paperwork open, and allowing me to drive my Xterra home (which rolled over 100K miles at that point), to discuss things with my wife. We decided a new vehicle would need to be purchased. I called Jay and told him and he hooked me up with one of their experienced salesmen, Mike Mitchell. Mike was very friendly, and focused on my needs - he conveyed empathy for my situation and let me make the decision that was most comfortable. I ended up buying a fully loaded 2014 Pathfinder at a great price, and got a strong trade-in value for my Xterra (even with the work that needed to be done). I am very pleased with my experience at Larry Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch - Mike and Jay really made a difference for me and my family. Thank you!! More

Now I own a Nissan Juke My 10 year old Xterra needed maintenance so I took it into the Larry Miller Nissan dealership to have it checked out. After running the numbers I decided to trade it in on a 2012 Juke with low mileage. My sales associate Mike Mitchell was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the loan process with Nick Sola couldn't have been easier or quicker. While things were being processed I visited with the young man in the back of the store selling a variety of items. He runs the station selling snacks and accessories for vehicles. I really enjoyed chatting with him, and I got some great ideas for upgrades to my Juke. Rarely does anyone want to be in a car dealership as it can be uncomfortable and intimidating. But everyone I met at Larry Miller made it a painless transition for me to a newer vehicle. By the way, I LOVE driving the Juke, and the gas mileage is incredible. Thanks to everyone at Larry Miller Nissan. More

Wonderful experience We initially found the Murano we purchased online and contacted the dealer via email. Todd responded with specific information and pricing about the car very quickly. He recommended Greg to help us with the transaction. We live in Utah and planned to fly over to buy the car then drive it back. Greg was extremely helpful in answering questions. Once we decided on the car, he pulled it off the lot for us. We wanted to add a couple of dealer-installed items, and Greg took care of ordering the parts and getting them installed before we arrived to pick up the car. He even picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership! Once we arrived and began the purchasing process, everything ran very smoothly. Greg had given us several options available from Nissan, so we were able to choose the incentives and financing before we arrived. Nick took care of the financing application process. He was very prepared and walked us through the process quickly. We were done about 20 minutes earlier than the appointment was scheduled to end. It took less than two hours from the time we arrived until we drove off the lot in our new car--including the "walk through" on how everything worked. (Meagan did a great job with that as well.) We are pleased with the car and especially grateful for the help from the people at the LHM Nissan dealership. I just wish they were close enough to provide routine service for the Murano. More
