Buying experience Lisa Dinorcia was great. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured to purchase a new vehicle. When I arrived Lisa had the vehicle waiting for me in Lisa Dinorcia was great. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured to purchase a new vehicle. When I arrived Lisa had the vehicle waiting for me in front of the dealership. She allowed me to drive it to my wife's job to get the final okay which was awesome. She picked the right color which was also perfect. I wanted the Altima SV and Lisa made sure it was top of the line. I traded in my 2012 Jetta with no problems. She really made my family feel like her family which was awesome, my wife and I drove away in two new vehicles it was an incredible experience. My wife will probably keep her new pathfinder, but I look forward to leasing another newer Altima in three years. And yes I fell victim to an autobroker which was not the best move, I am glad I walked into Larry Miller nissan before I settled on a vehicle with my former autobroker. Best experience!!!! Excellent Service I brought my 2003 Xterra in for service after purchasing it used. Kevin made sure to get the vehicle back to me in a timely fashion with all the ite I brought my 2003 Xterra in for service after purchasing it used. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY HERE!!!!!! I am just about to take this to court based on what happens Tuesday. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I can personally say this dealership wil I am just about to take this to court based on what happens Tuesday. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I can personally say this dealership will make you regret EVER financing a car there. You can see on my last review that I was already not a happy camper when I bought my 2011 Nissan Xterra and despite my good word at the end of my visit to the sales person and finance guy that helped me I am now regretting I ever bought a car. Mat Frankenfield was the finance person that got me my loan. I specifically told him I do not want to cross 48 months for a auto loan. He presented a document that had the purchase price we agreed on and the terms which was 48 months. My wife and I specifically remember that. He went ahead and had me sign all the docs to buy the car. NOT ONCE DID HE MENTION THE LOAN WAS FOR 54 MONTHS! IN FACT HE SAID IT WAS 48 MULTIPLE TIMES! It was late so I just listened to his explanation on what the docs were that I was signing and signed. When I got home I noticed there was only one single document that stated I was in a contract for 54 months and that was the warranty information I had. I got worried and called back and he told me OVER THE PHONE EARLIER THIS WEEK that I for sure had a 48 month term and I had nothing to worry about. He then said that he would get to answering the email I sent him as well on other questions I had about the car. one whole week later after sending him the same email 5 times he has not responded. Then I decided to take matters into my own hands and call the bank that was listed on my warranty WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A SPOT FOR A SIGNATURE. The bank shows a 54 month term. I was heated. I went back to check on all the docs I got that day and the one doc they said I should have that shows my terms was the pink purchase agreement that I have and IT DOES NOT SHOW ANY FINANCE INFORMATION ANYWHERE ON THAT PAGE. Then they said they cannot help me until Tuesday because the finance manager is not in until then. They said they have NO return policy. I will work to keep people out of this dealership. I will contact KS107.5 who speaks so highly of them, Google, BBB, dealer rating, yelp, whatever it takes. This has been the worst car purchasing experience of my life and now I am stuck paying over 500 a month for an additional 6 months. More

Great service from Jay Kettering and Mike Mitchell I brought in my 2005 Xterra for service because of a electrical recall issue. I asked Jay to check out a rumbling sensation from the rear axle that h I brought in my 2005 Xterra for service because of a electrical recall issue. I asked Jay to check out a rumbling sensation from the rear axle that had been going on for about a month. Jay informed me that the issue was due to a crack that had formed along the common wall of my radiator and transmission crank case - causing coolant to leak into my transmission. Nissan was aware of this issue and extended the powertrain warranty to 80K miles - and offered a copay solution for anything over 80K, under 100K. Well the day I took my Xterra in, I was at 99995 miles. I had a tough decision to make because I didn't want to buy a new car, but I also didn't want to pay literally half the value of my car to get it fixed with a new transmission and radiator. Jay Kettering in the service department did me a HUGE favor by keeping my service paperwork open, and allowing me to drive my Xterra home (which rolled over 100K miles at that point), to discuss things with my wife. We decided a new vehicle would need to be purchased. I called Jay and told him and he hooked me up with one of their experienced salesmen, Mike Mitchell. Mike was very friendly, and focused on my needs - he conveyed empathy for my situation and let me make the decision that was most comfortable. I ended up buying a fully loaded 2014 Pathfinder at a great price, and got a strong trade-in value for my Xterra (even with the work that needed to be done). I am very pleased with my experience at Larry Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch - Mike and Jay really made a difference for me and my family. Thank you!! More
