Larry H Miller - Nissan; This Customer is VERY Satisfied To Whom It May Concern, I recently had an opportunity to have some service work done by Larry H. Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch, CO. I purchased To Whom It May Concern, I recently had an opportunity to have some service work done by Larry H. Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch, CO. I purchased my Murano several years ago in Virginia and was up against the end of the warranty period when I was advised by a Nissan shop in Maryland that my transfer case had a small leak. I tried to arrange the work in MD, but felt like I was being blown-off. I transferred to the Denver area and took the Murano to Larry Miller Nissan. My first impression was how clean and organized Larry Miller Nissan’s shop looked. Then, I noticed all the mechanic certifications on their walls, attesting to their employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities. I met the service manager, Mr. Pete Racich, who is a customer-focused professional and extremely knowledgeable in automobile repair and warranty work. After reviewing the VIN, Pete immediately assured me that his shop would perform the repair at no cost to me, the parts would be ordered that day, and the work would be done the next day. I arrived at the shop the next day, my Murano was ready and I noticed how clean my car was. As an added free service, they wash every vehicle that comes through their shop. Again, I was impressed; the last time a shop washed my car was in 1994 when I had purchased a Lexus. I had also asked Pete to provide an estimate for a new set of tires and an estimate for new brakes. Again, I was impressed. Without any sales-pitch pressure, I was provided two separate estimates; one for the tires and one for the brakes. But they didn’t stop there; instead, Pete gave me two tire estimates that could meet my budget. The best news was that I could get a very good set and their estimate was more than 30% less than the one I received just a few weeks ago in Maryland, and with longer road service warranty. I also noticed their oil change prices are very competitive, but the difference is that all service work is done by certified professionals, unlike some of those quick lube-oil places. The bottom line is that Larry H. Miller Nissan is a customer-focused organization, supported by a fine group of dedicated, qualified, and professional employees. I will use them for every service and repair, regardless of the vehicle I bring in. They honor their work and they honor their profession. They walk the talk. It’s not often that I get a chance to speak highly of an organization, but Pete Racich and his crew have earned my admiration and respect. Thank you.
