OUTSTANDING Customer Service We just moved to Denver, CO and I was a little nervous about finding a new Nissan dealership to take care of my quarterly oil changes. However, I was We just moved to Denver, CO and I was a little nervous about finding a new Nissan dealership to take care of my quarterly oil changes. However, I was not to be disappointed. The service I received at Larry Miller Nissan was top notch. The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. There was a slight wait before they began my oil change because they had to verify my maintenance contract which had been purchased from a Nissan dealer in Austin. While waiting for my Service Advisor to verify my contract (which only took about 5 minutes), two other staff members asked if I'd been helped. Once my Service Advisor confirmed the contract, I handed over the keys and another staff member was already putting paper mats in the floorboard to make sure it didn't get dirty. My Service Advisor directed me to the waiting area, showing me where I could find water, coffee and snacks. Once they completed my oil change, they washed my car and handed me back the keys. The store and service area were very clean and the staff was very professional. It was a great experience overall. More

Keeping my car in shape I took my car in to get a flat tire repair I suffered the day before. They got me right in, checked up on me three or four times to tell me the progress and they also fixed a recall that I had forgotten about. Pretty painless and the shop and dealership are clean and the employees all seem very nice. More

Great experience Came in on my lunch hour to drop off my car, they had me back to my work which was on the other side of Arapahoe with time to spare! A lovely lady na Came in on my lunch hour to drop off my car, they had me back to my work which was on the other side of Arapahoe with time to spare! A lovely lady named Bonnie came and picked me up after work and took me back to the dealership where my car was clean and ready! They installed two new tires and a new 12v battery for my Prius. Great work and Great people! More

The car was washed and vacuumed after the service and the notes with candies on the front seat was a nice touch. Your facilities are spotless and the waiting area was very nice. Keep up the good work. The one thing I don't appreciate is having to create an account below to submit this review! If the service had not been so good and I wanted to give Kevin credit for the exceptional service I would have quit now and not continued. More
Service and maintenance for a 2013 Nissan Frontier. Very easy to make appointment. Appt was available quickly, drop off was easy and pick up was easy. Luis stayed in constant communication with vehicle Very easy to make appointment. Appt was available quickly, drop off was easy and pick up was easy. Luis stayed in constant communication with vehicle updates and work. He even allowed for additional work not requested at drop off and finished at previous given time. Very friendly and enthusiastic service. The only negative comment was that vehicle was picked up dirty: no vacuum or wash. Not sure if available at this dealer, it should be. Also, just noticed that leaving feedback using this server/webpage is not easy. Should be much easier. More

I called Larry Miller to see if we could bring our other 2 Nissans in for their oil changes and Tyler is the one who helped me on the phone. He was so friendly and told us to come bring the other 2 cars in. I pull into the garage and there is Jay Kettering! He used to help us out when he was at Go/AutoNation. My husband had inquired numerous times as to where Jay went and they would never tell him! So glad we found him! He made sure our cars got taken care of, and it was in a timely manner since we had no appointments. The entire service staff was so nice and made it feel like a very welcoming environment!
