Service Work Michael Putnam is an exceptional Service Writer. I counted on him helping me with service work at the Englewood store where I bought my new Altima, wh Michael Putnam is an exceptional Service Writer. I counted on him helping me with service work at the Englewood store where I bought my new Altima, which i really love driving. He was moved to Larry Miller Kia and i missed the working relationship. When the new Larry Miller dealership in Highlands Ranch opened near my home and I immediately had service issues that didn't go well, I desperately missed his professionalism and TRUST. Let's face it, we all need to rely on certain things to function particularly with our homes, cars and computers. I drove into the service bay last week for another time consuming yet necessary oil change, but Friday quickly became the best day of the week. When the service door went up and I shockingly saw Mike standing inside I literally jumped out of my car, ran over and hugged the guy with joy. The other Service Writers' eyes about popped out, probably wondering what lunatic acts so oddly? Just a pleased consumer who knows she will be listened to, treated fairly and straight forwardly, and not be taken advantage of financially. Car maintenance issues are not nearly as daunting when you're treated well. Thanks Michael. More
