Poor salespeople I bought my nissan rogue new here 2 years ago and had a fantastic experience. This year when I went to trade it in, I couldn't have been more lost as I bought my nissan rogue new here 2 years ago and had a fantastic experience. This year when I went to trade it in, I couldn't have been more lost as to what was going on and felt completely disrespected. Two sales reps were outside chatting when I walked up and asked if they could help. I explained that I had bought my previous rogue from them and was interested in learning what the trade in value would be and get pricing on a new one. With that he sat me down and went through a financial profile - I gave him my current loan value, how much I would put down, where I wanted to be for payments, my income, etc. He then took my drivers license and keys and left. He came back with my drivers license and said let's go look at cars. When I asked where my keys were he said the used manager was taking a look at my car - and then when we walked by where I parked, my vehicle was gone. I would have liked to know and have been there when they were looking at my car and especially if they were going to drive it off the lot. We looked at cars and I found the one I wanted, however when for the 3rd time I answered the question of "what's it going to take to get you in a car today" with "I want to have all the decisions and financials worked out so I can come back with my husband" he then decided I wasn't worth his time and passed me off to another sales rep for the test drive.. who also proceeded to ask me the same question numerous times. When we got back to the building, I said - so can you write me a proposal showing your current dealer discounts, payment options, and buyback on my car and he agreed. He came back 10 mins later with my keys and told me they were busy and to come back with my husband when I was ready to buy. I asked him why I couldn't any get information on their current promotions or pricing he said that isn't their policy because I would take that information to their competitors but they really want to earn my business. At this point I was exhausted and angry, not to mention that I had bought with them before and so was ALREADY a customer! I can't understand how this location could go from a perfect experience a few years ago to now not even being able to get pricing information on a vehicle because I didn't want to be pressured into buying the same day? Not to mention that I told them that this was the purpose of my visit from the beginning and then multiple times throughout the same visit. As a VP of sales the boiler room concept does not work for me! More

Not too bad! I've been to multiple dealerships, Larry Miller Nissan is an exception above the rest. Good experience My husband and I were happy with the service we received and the car we purchased. The staff was pleasant and we love our salesman. If we had just one "complaint" it would be that we were not easily informed that we could have opted out of a few warranties and trying to get them canceled after the fact has been a bit tedious. We love the fact that Nissan offers these types of warranties, but we do not like the fact that we had to use a lot of effort to cancel them once we realized we could get them cheaper through our bank. But I'm sure that's just the name of the game with all dealerships. More
