Helpful Staff - Put us in the car we wanted. We stopped in to look at the Nissan Versa. We were quickly greeted by Carol. When my wife asked why we couldn't continue to work with Carol we were told that Carol works the internet sales and Jose worked the sales floor. Jose continued to be helpful. He continued to show us the Versas and did not try to push us into something we were not interested in. The financing threw Nissan was great. The buying processes was pretty simple. There was some dancing around back and forth coming to a final price, but it's what you would expect at any dealership. Overall it was a good experience. More

Troubles resolved Initially Jovani was working with us and he was awful. Didn't listen to anything I had said, continued to pressure me into buying a used car even tho Initially Jovani was working with us and he was awful. Didn't listen to anything I had said, continued to pressure me into buying a used car even thought I had repeatedly told him that I didn't want one. He then brought a used car which was very dirty and had significant damage to the passengers side. I had stated multiple times that I wanted an AWD and then he had us test drive a FWD. He also made several inappropriate jokes about alcohol and partying. After we expressed our disliking, Jared stepped in to help and everything was smooth sailing from there - he was exceptional. Kurt was awesome as well. Everyone was very apologetic for the first person's poor performance. More
