The best part were his answers to our objections, "he never put down his competitors" instead he answered honestly and mentioned "there are a lot of great cars out there, however, it comes down to what you want"! Very smart answer, it immediately put my wife and I at ease. We made the deal over the phone, when we arrived I was on the defensive waiting for the "Bait and switch", it never happened. Scott was professional and honest and made the deal as promised, Greg the Sales Manager was very professional and informative as well. We ended the deal with Big Dennis the dreaded 'CLOSER'! Upon entering his office I thought "Here it comes" and he wasn't at all pushy or tough, he presented us with the options available, we picked what we wanted and were done!!! The most shady deal EVER! I have bought alot of Nissans in my time and this has been the worst EVER!
