With everything going on and the no contact my experience with this dealer ship was great. I shopped on line found a vehicle I like, Derrick picked me up at home and took me to the dealership. I was only there about an hour and out the door with my new vehicle. The sales manager was able to save me an additional $16.00 a month on a 5 yr loan. Doesn't sound like a lot but a great savings over the loan term. Thank you very much. More

Sad Experience Disappointing Experience I just recently bought a used vehicle from the Larry H Miller in Highlands Ranch had a great buying experience with my Sa Disappointing Experience I just recently bought a used vehicle from the Larry H Miller in Highlands Ranch had a great buying experience with my Sales Rep Lisa. They offered me a trade in value that was a little lower than expected after I recently saw what they are selling my trade in for… Besides that. I was told that my “new to me” used car has had all of its milestone maintenance checks completed and it was all up to date service wise. After my purchase, I drove off the lot and the cruise control and volume button on the left side of the steering wheel were not working. I proceeded to call my sales rep and she notified me that the vehicle is still under warranty so I can take it to a dealer and they will fix it… Strange that they wouldn’t take those matter into their own hands, but that’s not all… After I had the dealership fix my steering wheel buttons they notified me that the 40,000 milestone transmission service has not been completed and I bought the vehicle with 45,000 miles on it. Not only was I told that all the service checks/milestones were completed… I then called and spoke to Ron in service, and he told me he would get back to me on the resolution because he needed to speak to his Used Vehicle Sales Manager. Guess what…. I never heard back which is why I am writing this unhappy review. The fact that Ron in the service department at Larry H Miller in Highlands Ranch told me he would get back to me with a final answer and just ignored me leaves me to say this dealership doesn’t value their customers concerns and how I was not a valued customer. I read into a lot of other reviews on this location and it’s almost sad that nothing is being done about these customers concerns and problems that have occurred. This milestone only cost a couple hundred dollars which is nothing compared to what they sold the vehicle for and what they offered me at the trade in. I was told that they don’t have to do the transmission service because “they felt” the vehicle was safe to drive, but proceeded to tell me all the milestones were completed. Moral of the story here is TO GO BUY YOU CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
