Service dept is a mess! ! You literally cannot call and talk to service!! I held for 20 mins and 35 mins. They are understaffed and the service manager doesn’t care, never se ! First off, Amazing sales team, Definitely a little slow but it was a good experience and easy process. Service is why i’m making it 3 stars. Service behind the scenes looks good. But when you arrive for an appointment, they are very slow to respond and took about 10 min to greet me when I pulled up. Also they CANNOT communicate. They don’t answer phones when calling them for service and that pretty much forces customers to just show up and ask their questions. I showed up about an hour before they closed with my second vehicle assuming it wasn’t done yet to retrieve my parking pass (wouldn’t answer phone) and to my surprise it was done. They just didn’t call me to let me know. I left the car there and was just going to get it in the morning because of my second car, and unfortunately on my way home, I was involved in an accident disabling my second car. Key takeaways- Sales- AMAZING Service- SLOW, BAD COMMUNICATION I am in no way blaming Nissan for the accident, however, it could’ve been avoided if I didn’t need to drive all the way down to ask a simple question and to retrieve my parking pass because I was told the vehicle should be done early afternoon. Recommendations for nissan- please hire more service people due to 1 or 2 advisors MAX working and please hire more than 1 EV certified technician. and please either have a dedicated person for the phone or make sure calls are answered. More
