Service advisor is so ignorant and rude and not professional at all. Jay treated us with respect and made sure the car was cleaned and sanitized for the test drive and the ultimate purchase. Had a good experience overall with the dealership. Our salesman Chris was low key, and low pressure. The entire experience took quite a bit of time but this was due in part to a reduced staff. I do not care for the added pressure to add service agreements after the price and deal have been finalized once you get to the finance department. Requested some after market dealers for window tinting 3 times, and never heard back. Service department could not find my key, and promised a wash, which also never materialized. Just seems to be a bit off in the detail department...Happy with the deal however! More
