Service advisor is so ignorant and rude and not professional at all. Just cares about making sure he gets credit for trying to up sell services and not listen to actual concerns of my vehicle (whic professional at all. Really bad day to take my car in to LHM for service. Drama with my assigned service rep, total waste of our time. Car sat the entire day before we got any updates. Thankful for the multi point in Drama with my assigned service rep, total waste of our time. Car sat the entire day before we got any updates. Thankful for the multi point inspection report so we can go elsewhere to get the work done efficiently and for a reasonable cost. More
My wife and I purchased a new LEAF from Jay Kim, and while LHM Nissan is rather old school regarding the car buying process(the folded paper price presentation, etc), I feel that the buying experience w while LHM Nissan is rather old school regarding the car buying process(the folded paper price presentation, etc), I feel that the buying experience was handled well. Jay treated us with respect and made sure the car was cleaned and sanitized for the test drive and the ultimate purchase. My only objection is that despite the current situation with Covid-19, all negotiations had to be done in person. More
Had a good experience overall with the dealership. Our salesman Chris was low key, and low pressure. The entire experience took quite a bit of time but this was due in part to a reduced staff. I do not care for the added pressure to add service agreements after the price and deal have been finalized once you get to the finance department. Requested some after market dealers for window tinting 3 times, and never heard back. Service department could not find my key, and promised a wash, which also never materialized. Just seems to be a bit off in the detail department...Happy with the deal however! More

My car came off lease and I really wanted to buy it. Jake made the whole process seamless from start to finish. He followed through on everything and kept me posted on progress with my loan application and t made the whole process seamless from start to finish. He followed through on everything and kept me posted on progress with my loan application and took me through steps from financing to car inspection to detailing. Joaquin was just the best at finding the best rate for me and explained everything so I understood my financing transaction. He was terrific. And Joaquin was so nice to thank me for repeat business. Ace took care of the inspection process and kept me posted and Gonzalo did an incredible job detailing my car. It looked brand new, with beautiful interior and clean engine. I felt like my 3 year old car was as beautiful as when I leased it as I drove off the lot. I send my thanks to these team members who took care of this transaction just as much as a new car sale.
