It started out a bit frustrating, I scheduled my appointment for 4:30 got the email confirmation and my husband got a text confirmation both saying 4:30. The day before I get a text that says 3:30 s appointment for 4:30 got the email confirmation and my husband got a text confirmation both saying 4:30. The day before I get a text that says 3:30 so I called them and the guy I talked to said oh no sorry we have 4:30 down I don’t know why that happened. When we arrived the guy checking us in was said our name 3:30, we said no and let him know what happened and he’s like nope right here 3:30..... I was trying to show him the email and he was just saying his guy was about to leave & were lucky he’s still there. We usually have no issues but was a bit frustrated with all that. The rest of the appointment went wel and he was a nice guy. More
