Got a great Jeep at this dealership however they we’re deceptive in the fact that they said I would get a 55” TV with “any purchase” when I asked they said it didn’t apply to my deal because they took le deceptive in the fact that they said I would get a 55” TV with “any purchase” when I asked they said it didn’t apply to my deal because they took less money during negotiations which was also deceptive the price in their ad on Facebook was $22,698 I ask them to lower it they said they would go from $24,000 to the $21,679 I paid. So they advertise the Jeep at $22,698 but when I got there it was $24,000. Pretty shady in my opinion they have other ads for used vehicles that promise a TV but I think it’s just to get you in the door. Not very professional if you ask me. Joseph Cordova More

Dealership was clean. Sales team was great. I enjoyed working with Jay and Cory. Although, I wish I had not felt rushed through pricing and payment decisions. The dealer offered multiple incentives and d working with Jay and Cory. Although, I wish I had not felt rushed through pricing and payment decisions. The dealer offered multiple incentives and deals but it was not made clear exactly what was available and in what combinations. Financing team was difficult to work with. Process was confusing. The finance manager didn't take the time to make sure I understood the process. Very much pushed the warranty and after multiple no's he pulled out a "magic discount" which reduced my interest rates by a few points. It felt deceptive. He ended up very defensive about the process instead of being helpful. During a conversation with the manager, the finance person made sure to let the manager know that I went in to financing very apprehensive about buying the car. He was trying to put my concerns about him back on to me in a defensive way. Yes, I was apprehensive about purchasing a brand new car but not about buying a car. I have purchased cars before just never a brand new one. I was excited apprehensive. His defensiveness made the process feel like it was about money in their pockets more than customer support and satisfaction. If you can buy a car and not have to work with finance team, I recommend this dealership. More
