Seth in sales was great on the initial meeting and securing a vehicle from another dealer. After we agreed on the purcahse, financing and paperwork was another story. Delivery of our new car was a week past the time Jacob told us it would be delivered and we had to initiate calls for non existent information as to when we might finally expect it to be delivered.
