Good experience for my cars first oil change. The car was ready on time when it was finished and the service agent was courteous, helpful and a nice guy. The car was ready on time when it was finished and the service agent was courteous, helpful and a nice guy. More
I was really excited to give Lonnie & Jason 5 stars but was disappointed with end result. Our vehicle didn't start the next morning. I drove into dealership without an appointment (8/25). I was willin was disappointed with end result. Our vehicle didn't start the next morning. I drove into dealership without an appointment (8/25). I was willing to leave our car with them until they had time to look at it (as we have a second car to use). I stated the car would sometimes start and other times, it took a moment. Asked if they could look at the battery and complete an oil change (as it was due for one as well). Lonnie opened up the hood of the car only to see that a battery cable was loose. He immediately got a tool and tightened it. They were able to get our car in that day for an oil change. We weren't able to get to the dealership until 6:15pm and Jason stated he would stay until we arrived (great customer service). I dropped off my husband and he interacted/paid Jason for the oil change & tire rotation. My husband asked if they checked the battery and Jason stated yes. The following morning, my husband took my car into work because his car wouldn't start. He took half the day off from work to come home early and get his car looked at somewhere else. The auto shop stated he had a dead battery and $240 later, our vehicle was fixed. I'm very disappointed that Nissan didn't check the life of a battery when doing an oil change. We own a Toyota and 3 Mazda vehicles....both dealerships show us the life of the battery, tread on tires, brakes, etc. I feel like Nissan should reimburse us for the package of oil changes I purchased (I have 2 left). And if they are inclined, reimburse us for the new battery too. More
Lonnie has always taken good care of me. He makes sure the car is well looked over. My issue is that I bought the car from this dealership. It came off a 3 year lease. So I just ended up He makes sure the car is well looked over. My issue is that I bought the car from this dealership. It came off a 3 year lease. So I just ended up paying for all the 30,000 mile maintenance that the dealership could of done before they sold it. It had $38,000 miles on it when I bought it. What a scam. So I have to pay them over $500. for maintenance the previous owner and dealership did not due. I am told that is just the way it is and the dealership will never do the maintenance on these lease returns. It will always be up to the next buyer. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I am sick of the consumer always getting the shaft. More
Recently visited Larry M. Nissan, Arapahoe. Owen was great and showed me a few cars and we test-drove a couple. Decided to buy a used Subaru Outback; so, went home, picked up Nissan, Arapahoe. Owen was great and showed me a few cars and we test-drove a couple. Decided to buy a used Subaru Outback; so, went home, picked up my checkbook and came back with my wife to drive the car home. During negotiation, Owen saw his boss, who introduced himself as Rich, walking by and invited him to join. We started cordially with jokes but soon the conversation went sour when the boss became condescending. When I mentioned that I like dealerships with one-price policy and didn't like price negotiation, he said, "Then, why are you here?" I told him that I had bought a car from LM, Highlands Range, and the car was within my budget range. The last straw that broke the camel's back was when I asked if they were willing to consider my offer, in a loud and condescending voice he said, "Absolutely not." That's when I thanked Owen for his time and walked out. Very interestedly, as my wife and I were about to walk away Rich said something to the effect that we would come back because there were not many cars. With an attitude like that, it’s unlikely that many will ever set foot on it again. More
