Great experience The sales person was thorough in finding out what we needed and wanted so he could show us what options we had for either buying new, buying used, or The sales person was thorough in finding out what we needed and wanted so he could show us what options we had for either buying new, buying used, or leasing. They were not pushy like when we said we wanted to step out for and talk about it they didn't continue to try to get us to commit to something we, weren't ready for yet. All of our questions were answered and not once did I feel like we were an inconvenience to them for how much time we took. More
Not coming back I’m still waiting for a response from you after I took the time to fill, out your long review on service of my car, so since you did not respond I will I’m still waiting for a response from you after I took the time to fill, out your long review on service of my car, so since you did not respond I will give a review here. You charged me over $75 for diagnosing my car problem and said it would cost me over $1,250 to repair it and asked if I wanted to schedule it for service plus you wanted to repair rotor on rear brakes for an extra charge. Well, my son suggested I take it to his mechanic which he and his neighbors trust. This new mechanic company did NOT charge me for diagnosing my car. They estimated it would cost around $345 to repair it. When I picked up my car, the charge was only $230! I am pleased with work they did and their friendliness. I wish you could return my $75 I paid for your diagnosis of my car. I am retired and my only income is my Social Security which I worked for for years and years. More

The reason I stopped having my vehicle serviced there is two fold. 1 - every time I called to make an appointment (even for just an oil change) I always had to wait two to 3 weeks. 2- every time I didn't take my car in, there was always extra charges. Not very happy with the service I received here. More
zero service Got your email about not seeing us for a while. There is a very good reason -- no one ever called back to schedule an appointment for car service. I have found another reliable place to take my car. You will never see the Castellani Nissan again. More
Terrible Time Management My 2018 Altima is the 5th car I've purchased from this dealership (the first with it being LHM, it was AutoNation previously). The purchase experienc My 2018 Altima is the 5th car I've purchased from this dealership (the first with it being LHM, it was AutoNation previously). The purchase experience for the car was great, everybody was friendly, response was timely, the Total Care Package is a nice addition/feature. However my issue with dealerships has always been with the service center. I brought my car in to get my windows tinted. I understand that you outsource your window tinting to a third party, and thereby you maybe cannot control their performance the same as you would in house service professionals. My issue is with the time estimates for the work being completed. The initial estimate was for 90-120 minutes. I waited for 3.5 hours, then asked the service center for an estimate on completion. They told me 1 hour. I wait 90 more minutes, then asked for another update. They told me 5-10 minutes. My car finally arrived 60 minutes after that. So the initial estimate of work was 1.5-2 hours. It took 6 hours. I don't even care about the amount of time it took, but you need to set that expectation up front. Tell me that I need to leave my car with you for the entire day so I can arrange a ride. I live 25 miles from the dealership. Your courtesy car won't take me home, nor will they pick me up due to that distance. I brought my laptop so I could work while I was there, but I didn't bring my charger because I didn't know I would be there for 6 hours. My laptop died, my phone died, I had to call somebody else in a scramble to pick up my kids from school since the car that was supposed to be done at noon wasn't actually done until 4pm. You have to understand that everybody's time is precious, because every hour of our time is an hour of our lives. If you don't respect our time, you're essentially saying you don't respect our lives. My time and my life is too important for me to waste it sitting all day in a service center lounge. I don't care if my first few oil changes are free with my new car, you would have to literally PAY ME to come and sit in that service center for as slow as you work. I happened to run into a friend there at 10am when I first arrived to drop off my car, it took them 4.5 hours to complete her oil change. Tell me in what universe would I opt to drive 25 miles, then wait 4-5 hours for an oil change when I can drive 6 miles and get one done close to me in 15 minutes? I will definitely return to this dealership because I love Nissan's, and I love the sales staff, but the only way I will ever come back to this service center is if there is a factory recall for my car. Sorry guys, you have quite a bit of work to do to make your service center appealing. More

First of all I bought a vehicle and traded in my car for which the lien did not receive a check for more than 20 days. Its been 60 days now after purchasing the vehicle, the county did not receive the documents for registration yet. I stopped by their showroom for more than 7 times till now because they don't care to respond via phone even if a voicemail is sent. I did purchase an additional warranty for the vehicle which I have cancelled within 15 days and I am supposed to receive a full refund within 28 days of my cancellation but I still did not get a refund and don't know where my refund is. One of the worst dealer that I have ever seen. Please don't share 303-578-6117 number which is not in use. If you really care to resolve the issue, share a working number. More
Dealership a Joke This dealership is an absolute JOKE. We bought a car March 3rd (and they shopped our loan and dinged our credit 7 different times) . The User Car Ma This dealership is an absolute JOKE. We bought a car March 3rd (and they shopped our loan and dinged our credit 7 different times) . The User Car Manager, AK, told us the car rattled because that is "what turbos do". When I pushed, he stated that I "just didn't understand turbos". Of course we were also sold the most expensive warranty. Less than 30 days of driving the car we took it to a German specialty mechanic. They said the car was blown! Chunks of metal were in the oil and that this problem was not a sudden problem. They stated we shouldn't drive the car. However, the dealership said "it was just fine" to drive to to their shop. What a joke?!? And a liability. They promised to fix the car at no cost to us (because it was under 30 days of purchase) and also to reimburse us for the tow and diagnostic. They took our car and returned it a month later with NO repair paperwork. The general manager, Roman, stated "He forgot" to follow up with the repair paperwork. It has been 3 months since our purchase and we have yet to find out what "repairs" they did to cover up their lemon! They also have not reimbursed us with the promised costs of the tow/diagnostic. Lesson learned, reported them to the BBB, blasted an email to top executives. Warning: BUYER BE AWARE More
Trainees doing the oil changes?! I was in the area and was a walk-in, but was told it would be 1-1/2 hours if I wait. Well 2-1/2 hours later I got my car back and had to send it back I was in the area and was a walk-in, but was told it would be 1-1/2 hours if I wait. Well 2-1/2 hours later I got my car back and had to send it back in because the car was sputtering and the oil light was on (wasn't like that when I got there). Apparently when the guy spilled oil all over my engine during the oil change (that was part of the first delay), he forgot to put back what he had previously spilled and sent my car back to me with no oil in it. When I told one of the service guys about the light he said he could take it back and look if it would "make me feel better". Duh. So, THREE hours later, my oil was changed but now my car has a 'sound' it didn't have before. I think whoever did mine was new and didn't put my stuff back together right. Brand new car, only the second oil change, dealership didn't get it right... :( More

Used car sales manager has the tact of a doorway. Perhaps less time telling me about how you will make no money if you don't sneak silly charges into the deal. I should not be surprised by anything at signing, if it's worth selling, sell it to me up front. some practices bordering on bait and switch. This is why people do not like car dealers. Salesperson (Tyler) was personable and accommodating but put in a bad spot by management. It is also unclear if this 'certified' vehicle was really inspected as items were found to be incorrect/defective before driving off lot. More
