From setting up an appointment with a friendly advisor to greeting this morning by Assistant Service Manager Sal DeLeon my experience was excellent. Sal made sure to go over everything I had requested for service. He provided information about other services available and did not try to sell me on anything I did not need. Larry Miller offers a shuttle service and the driver Fred was friendly, polite and explained the hours he was available (7am-4pm M-F). The shuttle has a drop-off/pick-up radius of 10 miles. The service was done within a few hours of drop-off and my vehicle was washed (which is part of every service visit). Kudos on a job well done Larry Miller Nissan Arapahoe service department. More
