I had an outstanding experience buying our pre-owned Nissan Quest! My salesman Eddie literally went out of his way, by driving across town to bring the vehicle back to the lot after it had already been Nissan Quest! Eddie worked hard to earn my business, but never made me feel pressured. His sales manager John, was also very helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. He also worked hard to earn my business, and they both made the buying experience quick and enjoyable. Matt in service was also great. He got my new key fob programmed quickly, and got me back on the road before I had planned. Finally, there was a small mix up as to when my floor mats would come in. Bob in parts , went out of his way to track down the system error that was causing the problem, and found my formats. Bob exemplified excellent customer service. I have purchased Nissans from this same lot when it was Auto Nation, and John Elway; this was by far the best experience I have had buying a Nissan! Thank you to the team at Larry H. Very Helpful and Accommodating I had a problem with a certified pre-owned vehicle purchased at another Larry H. Miller Nissan dealership, after taking the vehicle to a non-Larry Mil I had a problem with a certified pre-owned vehicle purchased at another Larry H. Miller Nissan dealership, after taking the vehicle to a non-Larry Miller Nissan dealership I was told that my extended warranty wouldn't be usable there because it wasn't issued to their family of dealerships. I then took the vehicle to Larry H. Miller Nissan Arapahoe on a Friday to drop off the vehicle, and I was able to confirm with them that the vehicle does in fact have an extended warranty that was issued to Larry H. Miller Nissan. I was told on the following Monday that the repairs that were needed were in fact covered by my extended warranty, they estimated the car would be ready on the coming Thursday, possibly Friday depending on when parts arrived. But to my delight I received a call on Wednesday notifying me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I got my vehicle serviced with a time frame that worked for me (being able to drop it off before the weekend) and was delighted with the fast turn around, meaning I had less days on the rental than planned. The dealership having the details of my extended warranty on file made the process a lot easier to deal with as well, I didn't have to file a claim for the extended warranty on the repairs, since the billing was done through the warranty provider directly through the service department, I was only responsible for my "deductible." Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Larry H. Miller Nissan Arapahoe staff, Lonnie Simmons was very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The whole interaction was very smooth and as enjoyable as it could be. More
