Was quoted a price for service when I made the appt. got to the dealership and they said it would be $100 more than quoted on phone call. Needless to say, I left without taking the service. They don’t ca to the dealership and they said it would be $100 more than quoted on phone call. Needless to say, I left without taking the service. They don’t call it stealership for no reason. I Won’t go back!!! Will use a private mechanic. Total BS and wasted my Saturday morning More
I won't go anywhere else! These guys make it so easy to get your regular maintenance done - from the online scheduling, check in procedure to the timeliness of the service! No These guys make it so easy to get your regular maintenance done - from the online scheduling, check in procedure to the timeliness of the service! No high pressure, scare tactics to spend more money. I've been very happy with every Service Advisor I've worked with. Reeve Smith and Matthew Kindoll are 2 of the advisors I've worked with recently, and they've been awesome. More

TPS warning light I took my Murano to Discount Tire because the TPS warning LIght was on and adding air was not fixing the problem. (After a day or so the warning light I took my Murano to Discount Tire because the TPS warning LIght was on and adding air was not fixing the problem. (After a day or so the warning light was on again.) They said that the valve was bad and they replaced it, (After keeping the car all day.) NOT! I took it to Larry Miller and they found a nail in the tire. They fixed it for free while I waited. A tire place could not find a nail in a tire? Really? More

This dealership is terrible! They're the reason car salesmen have the horrible reputation they do. They're dishonest. Kevin Conchas was my salesperson. Do not believe a word that comes out of his salesmen have the horrible reputation they do. They're dishonest. Kevin Conchas was my salesperson. Do not believe a word that comes out of his mouth. The store manager is no better. Go here, and you will NOT be dealt with honestly. Read everything carefully, and watch them while they prepare the vehicle . More
I’ve been going to Arapahoe Nissan for years and they always do a great job in the maintenance of my Nissans. Always friendly service and shuttle service always convenient. My last visit yesterday was a always do a great job in the maintenance of my Nissans. Always friendly service and shuttle service always convenient. My last visit yesterday was a little short from perfect as I communicated that I had just put new tires last Saturday so no tire rotation necessary. When I picked up my Maxima, they read me the report of the completed work and they mentioned tire rotation. I was like oh I said that was not needed as I just replaced my tires. They said oh wait, we didn’t rotate the tires that automatically prints on the inspection report. But you need rear break pads, I said I thought it was the front pads that needed replacement, did that showed on the report? Then he said, well they can’t tell break pads replacement without removing the whiles but since you told us not to rotate the tires, we cannot tell the condition of the break pads. Then I said but your inspection report said I needed rear break pads? If the wheels weren’t removed, how is that inspection report any accurate?? I sure left questioning the accuracy of the “inspection report”. More
