I recently bought a Nissan Rogue Sport. Just stopped by this dealership and asked about help in knowing all the features of the tech package. Their service department is horrible, brought my pathfinder to do some warranty work and I get no response from them for a week. Had a 12:00 appointment for an oil change on my 2016 nissan ultima today. They said I was going to be waiting 2.5 to 3 hours for it to be complete. I said if I have an appointment why do I have to wait? I had a birthday party to be at. Why make appointments if they don't honor the time. She says, want to reschedule? I was like why? Overall the team was helpful and supportive. They got us in immediately, last minutes, and got our car battery fixed quickly. It was overall, a pleasant and positive experience. We had asked the team to also check an issue we had had with the tires. Upon paying and checking out, we confirmed with the associate that the mechanic had checked our tires, and they assured us that the tires had been checked and there were no issues, but shortly after I continued to lose air in a tire and am now having to address that concern. Overall, a fine experience, but disappointed that only part of the concerns I brought my car into the dealership for were addressed. More
