Salesman (Marcel) did a great job explaining and demonstrating the different models available and the features on all of them. Everything he did was excellent. I would easily award both James and Marcel 5 stars for their work. Our only complaint is the lack of communication re the delivery of the car from Colorado to the dealership and then to our home in Idaho. We were told several times it would be delivered today, and when we hadn’t seen it by 5 we called and learned that it hadn’t been picked up from the dealership yet! We believe a phone call would have been in order to let us know when we should really expect it and to notify us and explain any delays. More
