In all honesty, we have bought numerous new and used cars during our marriage of 30 years, and in all that time we have NEVER been treated better then at the Lexus dealership! Our first contact with Lexus was actually several years ago with service (Wes Barkell) and he earned our great respect and friendship! Now we have moved to sales, by purchasing our used GX 470 and everything was fantastic there too! Usually sales earns you, you buy, then you work with service and some times you regret ever buying! But with Lexus of Lindon, things just get better and better! We truly enjoy every aspect of this dealership and every employee that works there! Even those you don't directly deal with are kind and helpful! You have the very best costumer service in all aspects! From the people, car wash, loaner cars,and even the delicious hot chocolate, this is truly the best ever! Not to mention the Lexus vehicles are spectacular! Orginally offered to change tires, that was taken back, had to pay for second key, not expected on such a nice car, repair needed (after car on lot for 36 days) missing an important interior part, expected had to pay for second key, not expected on such a nice car, repair needed (after car on lot for 36 days) missing an important interior part, expected with a certified car. I came to Lexus of Lindon from another state as part of my two day search for a vehicle for my college kid. Lexus of Lindon is a superior dealership because it is in the Lexus family. However, since the downturn of 2007, it has not been the same. High turnover, change in attitude, sometimes a subtle change, etc. I'm sure with the decrease in auto sales, everything was gloomy for a couple years, but that should never have permeated to the customer. But, it did. It has never really righted itself. Certainly, before at Lexus of Bellevue (WA) and Lexus of Lindon (UT) it was an unqualified impeccable experience. That has deteriorated in Lindon, UT. Maybe it's a permanent change. I cannot recommend Lexus now without saying, "It used to be unbelievable, now it's good." More

We took our Lexus in for a 30,000 mile service. Jason had replacement car plus he gave us a 15% discount. Jason worked us into the schedule. He made us feel as though we were his only concern. I had to jump start my car. I called Jason on the Tuesday following a Monday holiday when the service department was very busy. Nevertheless, he told me to bring the car to the dealership, and he would sneak following a Monday holiday when the service department was very busy.
