The worst experience I’ve had at a dealership the most dishonest service department ever wouldn’t even explain the breakdown of the price without using words like I guess this is why or maybe this is why dishonest service department ever wouldn’t even explain the breakdown of the price without using words like I guess this is why or maybe this is why and that was her words that the service manager used service advisor told me they can’t print that out. I’m like OK so I had to go and figure out details from other people no that’s your job to do you wanted to charge me over $700 more than your same dealership same company at a different location 30 minutes north church me to do the exact same job getting the exact same parts from the exact same place Inappropriate reporting location in Linden, Utah to Lexus corporate offices and will also be filing a complaint with the owning company of your company, which is Parkplace Lexus who owns Larry H Miller Lexus yeah very inappropriate people ever More
