Our whole experience with Lexus of Lindon was a very positive one, especially in our dealings with Ken Robison. Ken was great and helped us work a good deal. We are impressed with the dealership. The only concern we had was with the paperwork. Whoever entered the information for the paperwork made several spell impressed with the dealership. The only concern we had was with the paperwork. Whoever entered the information for the paperwork made several spelling and other mistakes (ie. our names, address, driver's license state, and my birthdate were all incorrect, which caused the paperwork to be reprinted several times). I inquired over the phone about a Lexus ES 350 and spoke with Darryl Pettersen. He not only answered my questions, but quickly followed-up with some other details. We pulled up in a Fiat rental car and four of us piled out. I am pretty sure we looked like a bunch of hillbillies and that your sales staff was thinking we would be a total waste of their time. However, Ken Robison greeted us cheerfully and asked how he could help us. I let him know that I was looking for a used Lexus because I had been driving the ES300 for years and it was the best car I had ever driven (my transmission had gone out at 170,000 miles and was currently being rebuilt). He showed us the sedans and went over their various features, offering to let us test drive anything we would like. He then suggested that I might want to also test drive the RX350. I hadn't previously even considered it. We spent some time looking at those and again, he pointed out the upgrades and features on each vehicle. I chose two cars - on RX and the other a sedan and went for a test drive. Upon my return I knew the RX was the right fit for me. The thing I appreciated most about Ken was his no-pressure approach. He did not push any specific vehicle on me, but was good to point out the pros and cons of each. I am a realtor and do a LOT of driving and he did point out that the RX would do better in the snow. He treated me with respect and got us through the purchase in a thorough manner, letting me know he was my "car guy" and would be there to answer any questions and assist me with anything I needed with my new-to-me car. We did not get finished up until 11 p.m. So grateful that Ken was attentive, in spite of our appearance when we arrived. I was already a huge Lexus fan, but this truly sealed that for me! We feel that the sales people we talked with prior to purchase gave us truthful information and pricing. Our salesman Garret took his time and went over the features of the RX, he was very thorough and patient with us. We have had the RX for 5 days and we are extremely satisfied with it. We are still learning all the bells and whistles, but feel good about our purchase and the dealership we choose to purchase from. Ken was great! He responded quickly to my initial request and filled me in on all my options. He took the time to meet me for a test drive away from the dealership and was so accommodating and understanding and filled me in on all my options. He meticulously went through the car and explained every detail - even setting up my cell phone and garage door opener. He provided touch-up paint and found the extra key and mats within a day of me buying the car. I would recommend him and the Lexus dealership to my friends and family. We were looking at several crossover vehicles trying to narrow down those that we felt were close to the kind we were looking for. After a few weeks of test drives we had decided that the larger 3rd row ve narrow down those that we felt were close to the kind we were looking for. After a few weeks of test drives we had decided that the larger 3rd row vehicles were more then we needed. we went back to the two dealers we liked, Acura and Lexus, and drove their smaller crossovers. Our salesman, Ken, at the Lexus dealer did a great job explaining the car. He didn't pressure us and when I asked him to watch a particular color for me he followed through in a timely way. Even more important to me, he continues to work with us after the sale instead of turning us over to a service manager for maintenance or follow up. The other part of the process I appreciated was not being turned over to another sales person. When I'm shopping, I'm shopping not buying. It was a great experience. More

We ended up in the hands of a salesman named Darryl Pett dealership to consider purchasing a car from them (while considering another brand as well). We ended up in the hands of a salesman named Darryl Pettersen, who was professional, and helpful in every way in answering our questions (along with great support from Jon Henson and Devon Thompson). Darryl especially worked hard to obtain the information we needed and to provide options and features that met our needs, while respecting our desire to move at our own pace in making the important decisions related to this purchase. He also was and is a warm and delightful individual, and we not only came away with a new car but also with a new friend. More
