They searched all our gx 460 options around until we found the one we loved! Even still they are making sure we can understand all of the navigation and blue tooth options in our car. When we bought our car, Darryl said "Welcome to the Lexus family!" And that's truly what it has been - we feel part of a family and can come to them with questions. Disappointed We have been servicing our car at Lexus of Lindon since we moved from Southern California 9 years ago. In fact, we are on our third Lexus simply beca We have been servicing our car at Lexus of Lindon since we moved from Southern California 9 years ago. In fact, we are on our third Lexus simply because of the service we received. I was sadly disappointed when I took the car in last Friday. There was no personalized service as I had become accustomed to. My key was taken by the "concierge", I was rushed into the waiting room and there I waited. I did not even speak to a service advisor until the service was completed, and then it was like he didn't even know who I was or what I wanted. I have written multiple letters full of accolades not only to the Lindon dealership, but to the main office in Torrance. I used to feel as though the service advisor was sincerely happy to see me. Not any longer. I see below an area to indicate the employee's names that I worked with. Sadly, no one gave me their name. Lexus service has really gone downhill, almost to the point of falling off a cliff. PS, I would also like to recommend a dress code. The "concierge" was wearing white knitted tights and a short sweater. Perhaps appropriate when having coffee with friends, not so much when you are working at a premier dealership. More
