What a disappointment Well i had a deal out in the front office, but once I got in with the finance guy the deal wouldn't be honored. I feel I was being reasonable with th Well i had a deal out in the front office, but once I got in with the finance guy the deal wouldn't be honored. I feel I was being reasonable with the deal I made and they agreed to it out front but not in the back. My salesman had taken the offer in to who ever and came back with an accepted offer. In fact they had the car detailed and ready to go. We had filled out all of the finance paperwork and were signing all the paperwork when they brought out a piece of paperwork that said it was as is and no warranty even though it should have had some factory warranty left. Part of the deal I negotiated was for an extended warranty, and the other request was that they put the correct size tires on because the ones on it were rubbing when going over bumps. Don't know why the dealer would put the wrong size tires on maybe they didn't but our sales guy said they did (I believe they did the car was from California and they were dedicated snow tires. The only reason I noticed they were the wrong size is because they rubbed when I hit a bump so I investigated as to what the sound was). I didn't haggle the price of the car or the offer they made on my trade in. In reality all they needed to do to have a satisfied customer would have been to honor the deal they agreed to, and honestly it wouldn't been much more than a thousand dollars their cost. I guess I could have ponied up the extra but we had made a deal and in my world that means something. It was written on the paperwork that I agreed to in English and everything. More
