Waited a half hour for a service advisor just to take my keys, not sure what that’s about. There were others that could have helped but didn’t. No apology, no trying to make it right, just a yeah that’s not for you. I am yet to have a good experience at a Larry H Miller dealership. This is just one incident in a string of bad experiences at Larry H Miller dealerships. Only went back to this one because my services were suppose to be free, I won’t be going back in the future. Larry H Miller could learn a lot from dealers like Mark Miller and Ken Garff who know how to treat customers. All in all I’m disappointed once again by this dealership group. More
