Car broken down on road trip after service dept error. Mike Black (service advisor) & tech Roger Romero did an oil change and MSI before a car trip so I could ensure my car was in good working order before Mike Black (service advisor) & tech Roger Romero did an oil change and MSI before a car trip so I could ensure my car was in good working order before a long trip through the desert. Car broke down (me and my 3 kids) on side of road on our trip just after the inspection. Housing to air filter was replaced improperly and engine shut down come to find out. Paperwork says they checked air filter, now conveniently tech says he never touched it. So either way, they are lying and I was put in a very dangerous situation as a widowed mom with 3 kids on the side of the road. Called multiple times before they would call back, and then they claimed no responsibility whatsoever. Extremely disappointing. Especially coming from the dealership. I trusted them and we were put in harms way. Complete dishonesty. Very unhappy!! Do NOT get your car serviced here. Sloppy work and no accountability. This is dangerous. More
