Victoria, I can give you several examples of Nick's professionalism and customer service. I was in for service on a recall for a driver's side wiperblade. It was not necessarily an big service item but Nick came out to and introduced himself and knew why I was there for service. I also told him that I had an appointment in approximately forty-five minutes later. So he understood that I needed the car done promptly. He assured me that he would make sure that I would be able to make my next appointment. He texted me while I was waiting for the car to be done to keep me informed as to the progress of the service. When the service was done and he came to me to let me know, he thanked me for allowing him to be able to help me. And after signing the paperwork he gave me his card so that I could ask for him the next time I needed service. I told him that I will be back soon foon for an oil change. I will ask for Nick on future service appointments. Thank you. Dennis Dionne
