A few weeks ago I received a email saying my ABS part was in. Well it was not. I received a phone call on my first appt. day while I was on my way to the dealership, so I had to make another appt. Service advisor never called me when the car was finished I finally call him and found out it was ready. When I confronted his failure he pointed at my number on an invoice and said there’s the number I call I finally call him and found out it was ready. I do come regularly for all my maintenance and the majority of the time things do get taken care of with quality work. Not saying they are perfect but when you notify them of something that wasn’t ful majority of the time things do get taken care of with quality work. Not saying they are perfect but when you notify them of something that wasn’t fulfilled as expected, immediately they do right by their promise. I also like the fact that I have the same service representative which I love her customer service as well. Honesty goes a long way. More
My 2011 Elantra was scheduled for a ABS issue recall, I was noted as arrived, four minutes early, for my 8:20 am appointment. At 8:18 am Mark put the numbered tent on my car roof. Asked if I was going to wait, I said no as the scheduler said the work would take 4 hours. Mark said absolutely not that long just a hair over ninety minutes, Mark called, my car was ready.
