I brought my car in a month earlier than scheduled for my “free oil change and tire rotation,” I had driven my Tucson to Texas and back, so I had put on more miles sooner than expected. My advisor, Amanda wasn’t sure if I would be able to get my free oil change since it was before my 7500 miles. But she submitted it & it was approved- I am thankful for that. She is super nice. The fans outside in the temporary waiting area makes it tolerable during Hyundai’s remodeling. Overall score 110%. Thanks for being friendly and helpful! More

My car was dropped off on a Saturday evening and didn’t get looked at for 6 days, but was told it was looked at after 3 days. I was without a car for 10 days before I was able to get a rental car. Was call get looked at for 6 days, but was told it was looked at after 3 days. I was without a car for 10 days before I was able to get a rental car. Was called after 7 weeks to say my car was ready but needed additional work. Was told it would be ready on a Saturday, but wasn’t ready until Monday even after I called on Monday and at first was told it wasn’t ready. Very poor communication from this dealership and Hyundai corporate office works at a snails pace to approve claims. More
