I brought my Kona in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and paint protection treatment. My service advisor, Dustin, was very courteous and helpful. Just bought a warranty extension, of 84 more months to tack on to the remaining 10 months of my original factory warranty for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson (second owner warranty of 5 years/50,000 miles). My brand new service advisor, Ana, proved to be very knowledgeable about the process as she explained to my how my new would work. In addition to her knowledge and efficiency, Ana was very easy to work with. This was my very first interaction with Ana, as she took over for my relationship with my previous long-term advisor, Dirk Dunham who was relocating to a new home in another part of the country, Dirk will be missed; however, I am confident that Ana will be able to help me continue my excellent relationship with this service department.
