Great service. The dealership is being remodeled. So you had to sit outside in the covered service area or wait in the employee lounge. I choose the lounge. The dealership is being remodeled. I have a 2021 Santa Fe which I really love and since it is so new I don't need much service. I had a few issues that needed addressing and brought it in and decided I would wait. My new service representat is so new I don't need much service. I had a few issues that needed addressing and brought it in and decided I would wait. My new service representative, Ana, was very thorough and made my wait very comfortable. All issues were addressed and two had immediate results. I will have to drive for a while to see if the other issues were resolved. I am confident they will be and was told to come right back in if I had any other problems. All in all a great experience.
