Took our Kona in yesterday to be serviced. We left it for the day, and when we went to pick it up our service advisor had left for the day. He did tell us that a part needed to be ordered to fix our side mirrors. The woman at the desk beside Mark gave us our paperwork and couldn't get us out of the door fast enough. She said I don't know anything about your service, "Call Mark tomorrow." We've called Mark twice today with no response from him at all. Of all of the items on the list, they seemingly only completed one. No communication as to them holding off on the other items, just SILENCE. We drove 22 miles to this dealership because of the great service we had gotten before...service and care didn't seem to be top of mind this time around. More
Found out on arrival that we had to leave the car overnight (did get a Lyft ride home). Also were told that the GPS issue would require an update, and the dealership could not do it. It would have to be done by us by downloading an 18 MB file to our computer, then transfer it to a thumb drive, then load it into the GPS. Not very customer friendly to require the customer to fix their own car! Very disappointing from Hyundai. More

I had difficulty getting my Tucson in for service at the appointment time due to a dead battery. Appointment was rescheduled for later while I was waiting for a jump or tow. Despite the delay, work was comp appointment time due to a dead battery. Appointment was rescheduled for later while I was waiting for a jump or tow. My Santa Fe Hybrid's issue was supposed to require a day to day and a half to resolve, but thanks to Justin and one of his service staff, it was done in just a few hours. My wife and I can now drive to see to day and a half to resolve, but thanks to Justin and one of his service staff, it was done in just a few hours.
