Would have expected your tech would be competent and courteous enough to elaborate on the fault on my head unit! Car hasn't even 100k miles. Rude to just quote 32k dollar estimate without better communication. Plan on having repair performed anywhere else. Oh. He forgot to clear or explain the orange 🔺 notice on my dash. DOES NOT REFLECT ON MY SERVICE REP. She's a star. More

Alex was very professional and had my 2022 Tucson serviced on 12/23/22 which was a very busy day.
