I would recommend Larry Miller Hyundai to everyone. I have been to several other dealers and never felt heard or issues with my vehicle taken seriously until I went to Larry Miller. When my ac went out while driving with my small children in 110° weather, the service advisor that greeted me went above and beyond to insure that the problem could be fixed and truly made me feel like they cared. I just came from Larry Miller Hyundai Peoria to have a power lumbar bolster switch replaced. I had my car serviced there in early July and had two issues that needed fixing, one of them being the seat. Th power lumbar bolster switch replaced. I had my car serviced there in early July and had two issues that needed fixing, one of them being the seat. They said they had to order the part and they would contact me. They never did contact me. I called to be told that the part had been there.”for awhile.” I dropped the car off today and waited and they told me it would take about two hours. After three hours with no update I went and spoke with Mark. He then proceeded to tell me that “they ordered the wrong part and they were off by two numbers.” He then proceeded to tell me that they would have to order the part again. I don’t even trust that they could do it correctly at this dealership. I will tell you about the other item that I needed fixing at the previous appointment was voice recognition. This was the fourth dealership(!!!) I have taken it to to be looked at. Every single dealership said they fixed it but when I try it out, or anyone else does, it STILL doesn’t work. I called BlueLink services because I was recommended to. They told me I needed to buy a thumb drive and install an update which would take about an hour. I did all of that and it still doesn’t work. Later today I have another appointment at a fifth dealership, which is thankfully closer to my house. This appointment was made by Hyundai corporate so I’m curious to see how it works out. I have referred possibly 18 to 19 people to Larry Miller to buy cars and the experience was fantastic. 25 cars have been sold over the last 5 to 6 years. I can no longer in good faith, refer people to the dealership if they can’t get their car serviced, I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am because I love working with Marisa B in sales. Shame on Hyundai service and their lack of attention to detail, customer service, and honesty. More
